Dr. Kate Hooper is a veterinarian with over two decades of experience working in small animal practice and animal welfare. She is the Board President of Portland Animal Welfare Team and frequently works with local organizations like First Nations Vet and Stumptown Strays to provide access to veterinary services in underserved communities. She believes that animal welfare, human welfare, and the welfare of our planet are inextricably linked and that we can only thrive when we recognize and support this interconnectivity.
